Yes, all full-time and part-time employees are welcome to participate, regardless of medical coverage.
No. This program is only for employees.
No. The Win with Wellness program follows all HIPAA guidelines to protect employee privacy. Your company’s Win with Wellness team will only be provided with depersonalized, aggregate data for the overall employee population. Employee participation is completely voluntary and will not affect your employment or benefits.
Each wellness activity has set reward points. You can complete the activity and earn the set points. There are tiered levels of points to earn before you can redeem points for a prize voucher. Once you have reached a particular level, you can redeem the reward points and order prizes from the prize catalog.
All wellness activities, including setting up your profile, setting daily goals, adding friends, annual physical exams, biometric screenings, preventive exams, wellness challenges, health education programs and activities related to social, financial, physical, and emotional wellness, can be completed to earn rewards.
Wellness activities such as annual physical exam, biometric screening, dental and vision exams, and cancer screenings, etc. will be listed in the Activities page of the Programs section on the Win with Wellness portal. Once you complete an activity, click on 'Update Status' of the specific activity. Mark 'Activity Status' as Complete, upload the required attachments and submit the request.
Most activities will need proof of completion to be uploaded on the portal in the Activities section to earn reward points. It will also be displayed in the dashboard Activities section by the activity name. Be sure to upload the appropriate file or photo in order to show proof of activity completion.
Please allow 7 – 10 business days for the Win with Wellness team to review all submission requests.
The prize redemption period will be announced throughout the year via email. At that time, you will be able to redeem the points you have earned for prizes from the Win with Wellness prize catalog.
Unless otherwise noted in the activity details description, You can only earn points for wellness activities that take place during the current program year. If you complete a wellness activity before or after this timeframe, it will not count towards the current program.
No. Points do not roll over, so all points will need to be redeemed before the last redemption date, after which your points will be forfeited.
Yes, the MyHealthPlus App is a mobile complement to the new platform.
Yes, but if you use your phone’s web browser, you can log in to https://csusa.livewelness360.com and access all of the Win with Wellness portal features from there, including uploading files for proof of wellness activity completion.
All the new activities and upcoming events will be listed on the Win with Wellness portal as they are made available. You will also receive notifications on your registered email ID.
